About a year ago we decided it was time to upgrade our website to better share our message and enhance our overall client experience. As we began our research to see what we wanted to do differently, we realized our brand also needed refreshing as, while it seems like only yesterday, our current logo was created in 1995.
We wanted the new logo to have a clean, modern take on our initials – TAAG. We’ve always referred to ourselves internally as TAAG and discovered that many clients refer to us that way as well.
In the past, our website was accessed primarily by people wanting to find out how we differ from other advisors. We now have a website more meaningful to both current and prospective clients in terms of providing both information and the ability to interact with us.
The new website, taaginc.com, launches today! It integrates our weekly blog and will soon include a secure, private portal for each client to contact their advisor and client service team, access customized reports and store important documents such as tax returns, powers of attorney, wills and trusts. We will also soon have the ability to create educational video messages that will enhance our ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain English.
For times when you need to access your financial documents away from home, the new website is compatible with your mobile devices. For instance, if you are traveling and need a copy of your health care power of attorney, you could simply log onto your private client portal to access the document immediately.
Aside from the look and feel of your communications with The Asset Advisory Group, nothing is changing at the firm. We never want to lose focus on primary mission of enhancing the well-being of our clients and their families and we will always be looking for ways to create a better client service experience for you.
